Dear Sir,   Our planned trip to the museum on July 21, 2010 was an excellent adventure. Thirty seven women who were on the trip had a wonderful day.  It began and ended with a splendid bus ride.  The sisters were thrilled with how wonderful the coach was.  You made such a good impression, I hope it brings you new customers, I think it will.   Thank you so much for our driver, Allen, he was calm, patient and atentive to our safety, most helpful in boarding and leaving the bus.  Everything went smoothlyand I am happily relieved that it went so well.  I thank you sincerely.
