When are deposits due? Deposits are due 7 days after you make you reservation. How much are the deposits? Deposits for 1 day trips are $25 per person and are due 7 days after making a reservation. Multi Day tours --require a depsoit as specified in the tour description. Are deposits refundable? Deposits are non refundable.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept: Personal Check, Money Order, Certified Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover. Personal checks can be used up to 30 days prior to departure. After that time the other payment methods MUST be used

What if I must cancel my reservation? Day Trips; *from 28-7 days before departure there will be a $25 service charge, plus non refundable deposits. This also includes deposits paid for tickets or admissions. The balance will be paid after the trip date. Overnight Trips: 30 days or more prior to departure we will refund all monies paid minus non reundable deposits 29-15 days prior to departure we will refund 75% minus any non refundable deposits. 14 days or less no refund will be given What if Morgan Coach cancels a trip? A full refund will be issued.

How much luggage can I bring? You are permitted one small carry on and 1 suitcase. Any luggage beyond this will be charged a $10 handling fee. Do you have assigned seats? Yes, all seats are assigned. Seats are assigned based on a first come first served basis as deposits are received. Please let your representative know if you have any special issues. Does your cost inlude gratuities? Your tour cost inludes all gratuities for bellman, busboys, doormen, etc. The price does not inlude gratuities for the Coach Operator or Escort. If you are completely satisfied with your experience gratuities are appreciated. Suggested Guidelines --$2-$2.50 per person per day for Tour Escort and $2-$2.50 per person per day for the Coach Operator. What time should I arrive at the pick up? It is suggested that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. Morgan Coach and Tours LLC. cannot be held responsible for persons left behind due to being late.
